Anger Management
Lighthouse Outreach provides numerous services to schools, all designed to assist students in boosting their self-esteem and enhancing their self-confidence. One of their programmes is a course on anger management, which we can now provide at your school.
This course teaches young individuals to identify the causes of their anger, the physical signs associated with it, and a variety of techniques to help them control it effectively. The goal of the course is not to eliminate anger, but to learn to become angry with the right person, to the right degree, at the right time, for the right purpose and in the right way.
There will be 6 weekly sessions lasting 50 minutes each, followed by a check-in several weeks afterward. A key element contributing to the success of ‘I Think I’m Angry’ is that for at least 8 weeks, anger management, viewed positively and constructively, is central to students’ thoughts.
