Lighthouse Outreach Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
We are a unique organisation that partners with young individuals who, for different reasons, are influenced by their behavioral decisions. We offer support to the person and their family and work together to achieve goals and create a positive direction for the future

Founder & Director
Trevor Adams
Hello! I am Trevor, and the founder of Lighthouse Outreach Service.
I am a certified mindfulness teacher and a specialist in behaviour practices. Since 2011, I have been educating primary and secondary school children, college students, teachers, and parents/guardians about mental health and wellbeing.
I am enthusiastic about assisting individuals at the level of the human heart and mind. I have found that nothing is as important as your own mental health and provide evidence-based actions we can implement to support our physical and mental well-being.
In addition to teaching and delivering interventions, I also take on several other roles:
-
Associate Mindfulness Teacher/Trainer in partnership with the Mindfulness in Schools Project
-
English Tutoring (GCSE & A-Level)
In 2023, I was elected as a councillor to not only support my community and residents but also help shape and develop the council's policies and define the character of the numerous services offered.
Our goal is to lessen the necessity for fixed term and permanent exclusions from mainstream and special school and foster genuine, constructive relationships with our partner schools

Business & Marketing Manager
Nicole Adams
Hi! I am Nicole , and I oversee all things business and marketing at Lighthouse Outreach. You may have observed that Trevor and I share the same last name. That’s because Lighthouse Outreach is a family enterprise!
I officially joined the team this year to help meet the rising demand for our services and to promote Lighthouse Outreach as extensively as possible during a critical period for mental health and wellbeing in education. That demand continues to grow alongside our responsibilities and range, which has now expanded significantly.
As an organisation, we understand that the requirements of each child in their schools vary significantly, which is why we provide a diverse and adaptable array of services. As the needs of children and schools evolve, so may the type of our intervention services
