Therapeutic Services

Over 350 million men and women globally, belonging to different age groups, are victimised by depression. It is a commonly occurring disorder that slowly takes charge of your mind, body and life. Amongst the different antidotes and therapies available and practised to treat depression, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is considered a useful and successful treatment procedure.

Therapeutic Services

Our Therapeutic Services engage with individual learners and parents holistically within our schools. The service offers Counselling Skills, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Meta-Cognitive Therapy (MCT), Mindfulness Workshops for Parents and School Staff, as well as access and guidance to additional services. To utilise these services, kindly fill out an Outreach and Therapeutic Services Referral form, available at the right-hand side of this page.
