Respite

Our flexible outreach service of 25 hours or more of support each week during half terms and 15 hours or more during term time, offers respite to parents/guardians and assists autistic adults to take part in activities outside their home, build their confidence and become more independent in all aspects of life. We can help people to take part in their favourite sport, club or attend a college course.

Respite

At Lighthouse Outreach, we provide personalised services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual we support. Our goal is to empower autistic adults through a range of enjoyable, effective, and meaningful activities that encourage the development of new skills and promote greater independence.

We offer our services during term time and half-term holidays, with flexible scheduling designed to maximise opportunities for participation. We understand the challenges families face when caring for a loved one with autism, which is why we provide respite care for parents and guardians of adults aged 18 and over. This support gives families a well-deserved break, while ensuring their loved ones are safe, supported, and engaged.

Our flexible outreach service offers  practical support for autistic adults. We help individuals access activities outside the home, build confidence, and increase independence in everyday life. Whether it’s joining a local club, participating in a favourite sport, or attending a college course, we are here to support each person’s goals and aspirations.
